Utilizing an applied, interdisciplinary framework, Professor Raegan studies the marketplace and how it fosters sustainable relationships with today’s multidimensional stakeholders — while expanding community insights to develop tangible solutions for business growth.
Having worked with renowned, Fortune 500 brands (i.e., Blue Cross and Blue Shield, The Coca-Cola Company, UPS) and agencies (WPP, Havas) she has supported an array of strategic campaigns. As a subject matter expert, she has graced the stages of industry conferences including the ANA Masters of Marketing and The 3% Conference. Within research, Professor Raegan continues to explore brand affinity, consumer communities, and strategy.
Professor Raegan enhances the student and adult learning experience by bridging the gaps among theory, research, and real-world application of scholarship. Her courses and workshops are engaging, interactive, and student-centered. An Eastern NC native, she is the former Lecturer of Advertising, University of Florida (CJC) and was the first Educator in Residence for Havas/Havas Health & You.
In service to the community, she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. supporting various philanthropic initiatives. A proud cancer survivor, she is an advocate for wellness, adventure, dancing, and daily doses of laughter.
