Dr. Rebecca Gill is an Associate Professor and the Larry J. and LeAnn E. Merlo Presidential Chair for Communications and Entrepreneurship at Wake Forest University. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah and her M.A. from the University of Montana. Her scholarship focuses on entrepreneurial identity, organizational discourse, the construction and performance of difference, and qualitative research methodologies.
